Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, first email email@example.com to obtain a RA number before sending the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all labels attached and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please indicate on your invoice which item(s) you are returning, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange (if exchange, please also list requested items, colours, and sizes).
The satchel your item arrived in can be reused to send any items back.
Monogrammed items can not be exchanged or refunded due to the personalisation of the item.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
We cannot refund gift items. If you received the item(s) as a gift, you may exchange for one that is of equal or lesser value.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, but if you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped at no extra cost. We recommend using a method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We also recommend insuring your return.
